Munster GAA CEO Kieran Leddy says the GAA's proposed inter-county certification programme is long overdue and is essential to tackle the "runaway train" of inter-county team costs. In his annual report to convention which takes place in Limerick on Friday, the Munster CEO welcomed the publication of the Amateur Status Review Committee report and points out that the GAA is far from amateur in many respects.
