AZ State Police Director Protecting Felon Cop

This is just an introductory video to what is an insane Facebook Page of mine where I have exposed all kinds of document tampering, crime cover-ups, and felony forgery going on within the AZ State Police (the Arizona Department of Public Safety).

The Facebook page will blow you away. And no authorities are looking into these shenanigans that jeapordize the well-being of the good employees at AZDPS and the public. The Director of the AZDPS is Frank Milstead. His Deputy Director is Heston Silbert. The Forger of an employee's signature at the AZDPS is Captain Damon Markus Cecil. I have uncovered that Cecil has illegally tampered with numerous other state documents, even while he was the assistant manager in the agency's Human Resources Department.

Let me make this crystal clear: Cecil's behavior is NOT consistent with the behavior of 99 percent of the phenomenal State Troopers that work at AZDPS.

I have covered the activities of the agency for many years, but a new executive management team moved in a few years ago, and has the agency barreling down a slippery slope into outright corruption.
