Mayor De Blasio Is Favoring Rich, White Neighborhoods On Homeless Shelter Plan.

NYC Mayor Bill De Blasio is catering more to rich white neighborhoods in the city by relocating homeless people and families into the poorer districts of New York City with his homeless shelter plan.

I don't see this plan working at all. If anything, it will make the problem much more worse than it already is.
