Local police order woman to flog her husband as punishment for beating her
The local authorities in Ecuador instructed a woman to flog her husband after he hit her 21 times and also bruised her ribs.
The couple were both in the office and the man was bent over while the woman mercilessly flogged him without pity, using all her strength.
