Calling Russia from Ukrainian Mobile Services is 5x Cheaper than DNR's state-owned "Feniks"
It costs 5 times as much to call Russia from "DNR's Feniks" state-controlled mobile "operator" as it does from Ukraine's commercial, independent operators. What's worse is that there is no SMS service between the DNR and Russia. There also seems to be a complicated calling procedure (dial thru #) to even get a call connected.
The problem with nationalizing everything is that the government (especially a bunch of grunts that are running a pseudo-government) is the least qualified to provide commercial consumer services. That's why they couldn't even make proper toilet paper or bread in the Soviet Union
The Price for Calling from Terrorist-controlled territory is 5 Rubles (roughly 2.5 Hryvna)

The Price to Call from Vodafone is 0.5 Hryvnas (around 1 Ruble)

At what point does the DNR get their wish to join Russia instead of being relegated as a disabled, economically crippled pseudo-state like Abkhazia, South Ossetia, Pridnestrovia?
Translated Quote from Feniks Website: "With the service "Calls to Russia" from 'PHOENIX' you can call your relatives at a uniform favorable tariff."
