Who is really doing the Chemical Attacks in Syria?

What a surprise, another chemical attack just in time to blame on Assad, just as the U.S. was about to pull out of Syria and as the terrorists have been pushed out of Ghouta. Lets all think logically now, why would Assad use chemical weapons now when he is clearly winning? The answer is that he wouldn't or at least wouldn't allow it. Why would the jihadists use a chemical attack on civilians in a town they just lost to the Syrian Army? Well why wouldn't they, they know they will not be blamed for it because they have the backing of the liberal media and its a last ditch effort to rally support for them, whether that is aid or more recruits.
