Serial underwear thief caught on CCTV
This is the moment a serial underwear thief was caught on camera stealing knickers and bras.
Weera Jampada, 38, is believed to have stuck at least 15 times around women's homes in Phuket, Thailand.
The pervert would steal before allegedly masturbating in the bras and knickers and selling them to customers for 500 baht (11GBP).
Weera, a worker at a furniture factory, was finally snared after CCTV caught him stealing a bra from a front yard at 2am on April 11.
Surveillance cameras then picked him up at a nearby grocery store after he had removed his mask, which allowed police to track him down.
Police chiefs in the Thalang district of Phuket were seen interrogating Weera after he was confessed to two separate charges of ''burglary from a house at night time'' and ''using a vehicle in the crime''.
Police Major General Ratchasarn Kanjana said: ''Lingerie was stolen from people's homes in Bang Tao area of Phuket. Victims were often too embarrassed to complain.
''CCTV from the latest burglary shows the suspect wore a mask before leaving the scene. He visited a convenience store and was wearing the same clothes but did not cover his face.
''Officers made an arrest warrant and Weera Jampada, aged 38, was arrested on April 13 at midday.
''He confessed to stealing underwear to cause arousal for himself them masturbating into them. Without washing them, these would be sold to people with similar tastes for 500 baht.
''I know that there have been such incidents in the area but no one dared to report the fear of shame.''
