9-year-old girl is hit by an SUV

Upon the fact of an accident, an administrative investigation was initiated under Art. 12.24 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. It is established that earlier the driver was brought to administrative responsibility for a similar offense.
State traffic inspectors remind that in accordance with clause 14.2. "If a vehicle stops or decelerates before an unregulated pedestrian crossing, drivers of other vehicles moving in the same direction are also required to stop or slow down ..."
