Baltimore's entire Metro SubwayLink system will remain closed for a month, the Maryland Transit Administration announced Sunday, after safety inspections showed sections of track needed emergency repairs that couldn't wait until this summer. NYC Mayor Bill De Blasio is catering more to rich white neighborhoods in the city by relocating homeless people and families into the poorer districts of New York City with his homeless shelter plan. I don't see this plan working at all. If anything, it will make the problem much more worse than it already is.
