Accused Adelaide murderer to be extradited from Victoria
Accused murderer Travis Kirchner is scheduled to face Adelaide Magistrates Court after being extradited from Victoria. The 43-year-old faced Melbourne Magistrates Court on Monday charged with the murder of Sally Rothe, 54, at a Murray Bridge home, southeast of Adelaide, on February 4. He was arrested at a Doveton house in southeast Melbourne on Friday, alongside Murray Bridge residents Ronald Cook, 49, and Marnie Passehl, 50. Cook and Passehl are charged with assisting an offender, and they broke down crying during Monday's extradition hearing. Kirchner, Cook and Passehl are due to be extradited to South Australia on Tuesday to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court the same day. AAP
