[Softball] Tigers drop final two games in Tucson
TUCSON, Ariz. – Dropping two games isn't exactly how the Olivet Nazarene University softball team had hoped to close out their stay at the Tucson Invitational. The Tigers, who entered the day 12-5 on the season and 8-2 on the week, found themselves on the short end of the score in both of their final matchups. Concordia University (Neb.) and Madonna University (Mich.), both receiving votes in the Preseason NAIA Top-25 Coaches Poll, made the final day arguably the toughest of the week. The Tigers kept it close with Concordia, falling 4-3, but let things slip away against Madonna, falling 8-0.
