Key House Democrat wants answers about why Sessions was forced out
Rep. Jerry Nadler, the New York Democrat who is slated to lead the House Judiciary Committee next year, said he wanted "answers" on why Attorney General Jeff Sessions was forced out of office by President Donald Trump. "Why is the President making this change and who has authority over Special Counsel (Robert) Mueller's investigation," Nadler said in a tweet. "We will be holding people accountable," he added. Earlier Wednesday, Sessions resigned at the request of Trump.
