Girl, 2, STI tested after putting used condom found in McDonald’s in her mouth
Her parents are considering legal action.
Parents are facing an agonising three-month wait for their toddler’s STI test results after she stuck a used condom in her mouth.
The girl, two, found the contraceptive in the dining area of a McDonald’s restaurant she was visiting with her family in Perth, Australia.
Her mum, who has asked not to be identified, told 9news her daughter ‘sucked on’ the condom before it was snatched away from her.
After realising what it was, the horrified parents alerted staff before calling a doctor.
The medical professional recommended they took her to the hospital immediately to undergo the tests.
Her mum then had to return to the fast food restaurant to collect the condom so it could also be tested.

McDonald’s has apologised and said they are investigating the incident.
A spokesperson said: ‘We are very sorry that the incident occurred and take situations like this seriously. We are conducting an investigation into how this happened.’
