A SWAT team arrived at an office building in Long Beach on Friday to find the gunman and one victim dead and learned that the second victim had gone to a hospital, police Sgt. (AP) — A tax credit for South Carolina drivers who save their gas receipts and a requirement that elections be held even when just one candidate are on the ballot are a few new laws in South Carolina in 2018. TROY, N.Y. (AP) — Two men were arrested Saturday on murder charges in the deaths of two women and two children who were found dead in their upstate New York apartment. Justin Mann and James White were arrested in their hometown, Schenectady, and pleaded not guilty in Troy City Court.
