API data reportedly show a hefty weekly rise in U.S. crude supply
The American Petroleum Institute reported Tuesday that U.S. crude supplies rose by 5.3 million barrels for the week ended March 23, according to sources. The API data, however, also showed a drop of 5.8 million barrels in gasoline stockpiles, while inventories of distillates shed 2.2 million barrels, sources said. Supply data from the Energy Information Administration will be released Wednesday morning. Analysts polled by S&P Global Platts expect the EIA to report on Wednesday a rise of 1 million barrels in crude supplies. Читать дальше...
