Local media reported witnesses saw the other driver attack Munoz with a knife, stabbing him through his left eye.
The shocking ordeal took place in the Floresta colony, in Puerto de Veracruz, in the eastern Mexican state of Veracruz.
Gruesome images show Munoz standing in the car park with the blade sticking out of his bleeding eye.
Barragan, who works as a delivery man for Bimbo – the world’s largest bakery- said that Munoz had begun attacking him when he lost the parking space.
Barragan says he then pulled out a knife and stabbed the other man in the eye.
In the video, the two men, with the alleged aggressor in a white t-shirt, can be seen arguing with a police car in the background and the knife can clearly be seen sticking out of Munoz’s eye.
Barragan was arrested while Munoz was taken to Veracruz General Hospital where doctors removed the knife which had pierced the left eyeball and the lower part of the right eye.
