THE second series of The Mandalorian, a Star Wars spin-off series, has dropped on Disney+.
After the first series arrived in March 2020, fans are pleased to see a second installment so soon.
When is Star Wars: The Mandalorian released?
Star Wars: The Mandalorian first launched on Disney+ in the UK in March 2020.
Now the second series is available to stream, as of October 30, 2020.
Jon Favreau, who has worked on the remakes of The Lion King and The Jungle Book, is behind the mini-series.
He has joined forces with a number of prominent people Taika Waititi, Deborah Chow and Bryce Dallas Howard to put this production together.
How many episodes in Star Wars: The Mandalorin?
There are eight episodes in total for the second season of Star Wars: The Mandalorin.
The episodes will drop every Friday, which many fans forgot was the case with the last series.

What is Star Wars: The Mandalorian about?
Set between the end of the original trilogy and the beginning of The Force Awakens, the series follows the “lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy”.
A short synopsis released byshowrunner Jon Favreau via Instagram, reads: “After the stories of Jango and Boba Fett, another warrior emerges in the Star Wars universe.
“The Mandalorian is set after the fall of the empire and before the emergence of the First Order.
“We follow the travails of a lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy far from the authority of the New Republic”.
Meanwhile, Pedro Pascal, who plays the lead character, compared his on-screen persona to Hollywood legend Clint Eastwood.
He said: “He’s got a lot of Clint Eastwood in him.”
