Police have arrested a loan shark after a 32-year-old security guard committed suicide at his home in the city. Nishantsinh Sandhu had hanged himself from the ceiling fan on February 18. He had left a suicide note in which he blamed Akshay Bharwad for harassing him over loan dues.
