Alison Hammond impresses fans with glamorous new look on Saturday Night Takeaway
ALISON Hammond wowed fans when she appeared on Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway.
The 48 year old This Morning presenter made her debut on the weekend show and fell victim to the duo’s Undercover prank series.
But it was her black sequined two-piece outfit that caught fan attention.
Taking to Twitter, one fan said: “Wow! Alison Hammond looks so glamorous #saturdaynighttakeaway.”
Another said: “Omg Alison looks fab!”
While a third, who clearly shared the same sentiment wrote: “Alison Hammond is a national treasure.”
Alison shot to fame in 2002 when she appeared on Big Brother alongside Kate Lawler.
At the time, she was best known for her contagious laugh, loveable personality and – breaking the oak table.
However, fast forward 21 years and Alison has become a main stay on daytime television.
In 2020, it was revealed that Alison was to replace Ruth Langsford and Eamon Holmes on This Morning and will co-host with presenting veteran Dermot O’Leary.
But her soaring career didn’t end there. She then announced that ITV had given her, her own podcast My Life In TV.
Taking to social media she wrote: “BREAKING NEWS Guess what? @ITV have given me my very own podcast – My Life In TV. YIPEE !!”
She added: “I’ll delve into the fave telly moments & memories of famous faces including Emily Atack, Joel Dommett, AJ Odudu, Mo Gilligan and Olivia Attwood.”
