One mum, however, claims to have found a ‘magic dress’ that has given her confidence back – and it is in M&S right now.

Influencer and mum-of-one Tilly Jayne is so obsessed with the high street giant’s clothing that she made an entire TikTok dedicated to it.
“I don’t know if this is just something that happens when you become a mum, but I have been loving M&S lately,” she joked.
Having restocked her wardrobe for the summer months, the content creator proudly showed off essentials like classic white trainers, a denim dress and blue jeans.
As she talked through her haul, there was one item that stuck out: the Pure Cotton Square Neck Midi Cami Shift Dress.
Made from pure cotton, the stunning sleeveless dress is a maxi/midi and has a super flattering square neckline.
It also had a fitted bodice, that looks feminine and will highlight your curves without being clingy.

Unlike other white dresses, it can be worn on holiday or in the office – depending on how you style it.
Having tried the dress on in-store, the content creator had also fallen in love with the dress’s design.
She told her followers: “It is just so flattering, it is a magic dress…I swear.
“I haven’t had that much confidence since having Sidney, with my body shape changing, but I put it on and I just felt really good in it…which doesn’t happen that often.”
The mum-of-one isn’t the only one who is obsessed with the dress though, as it was even featured in the brand’s new viral spring/summer ad.
Since then, the dress has been getting rave reviews from shoppers who have called it a ‘gorgeous dress’ with a ‘classic design’.
One five star review read: “Absolutely gorgeous dress, I love it. Beautiful fabric, falls nicely & feels very expensive but actually it wasn’t. I can’t wait to wear this dress.”
“Lovely dress, great fabric and style….Good classic design and will carry forward in the seasons/years,” another added.
A third wrote: “Lovely material. Very full skirt which hangs beautifully but may need quite a bit of ironing after washing!! Looks expensive on.”
If you are tempted to pick up this summer essential for yourself, it’s worth noting that it comes in sizes 6-22 and a range of lengths.
You’ll have to be quick though, as it has already started to sell out online with some smaller sizes now unavailable.
