Pride Weekend returns to CT’s Mohegan Sun in June. Here’s what’s in store.
Mohegan Sun will host the return of Pride Weekend on Saturday, June 8 and Sunday, June 9.
Guests can celebrate with activities such as the Connecticut Sun Pride Game, Pride on the Sun Patio, Cocktails & Queens in The Cabaret Theatre, Pride @ Night, and Drag Bingo Brunch, per a statement.

Connecticut Sun Pride Game:
The Connecticut Sun will host its Pride Game Saturday, June 8 at 1 p.m. against the New York Liberty, according to the statement.
The first 3,500 fans will receive a crossbody bag sponsored by Jordan’s Furniture, per the statement. Tickets can be purchased via ticketmaster.com and the Mohegan Sun Box Office.
Pride on the Sun Patio:
The newly renovated Sun Patio will be all about pride, with local businesses and support organizations highlighting the LGBTQ+ community, per the statement.
A lip sync battle hosted by Mohegan Digital is set for 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., featuring Comix Kings and Queens, per the statement. Pair it with a variety of drink specials at the Sun Bar Patio and food by Curb Your Appetite, Jayy’s, and Kina Ice.
Pride on the Sun Patio is free and open to all ages, also according to the statement.
Cocktails & Queens:
In the mood for a drag show?
The Cabaret Theatre is hosting a medley of drag performers Saturday, June 8 from 8 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., Cocktails & Queens. Kenya Mone Heart is hosting, with headliner Coco Montrese from RuPaul’s Drag Race and featuring Ivanna, Moxie Angel, and Xiomarie LaBeija.
Guests must be 21 or older to attend. Tickets go on sale Friday, May 10 at 10 a.m. via ticketmaster.com and the Mohegan Sun Box Office.
PRIDE @ Night:
Held in Avalon Nightclub, PRIDE @ Night runs from 9 p.m. Saturday, June 8 through the following Sunday at 2 a.m., according to the statement.
“Guests can come witness this legendary nightclub scene, show off their true colors and shine with pride!” per the statement.
All guests must be 21 or older.
Drag Bingo Brunch Presented by Troupe429:
Need more drag in your life? A drag brunch featuring live entertainment and buffet is scheduled at the Sun Patio Sunday, June 9 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Brunch will be hosted by Sienna Rose with special guests Arya Black, Moxie Angel and Mz. October May Lay from Troupe429, per the casino.
Guests can also upgrade their brunch tickets to bingo cards for the chance to win special prizes.
