Schuylerville man pleads guilty to flying plane low despite protective order
A Schuylerville man pleaded guilty to criminal contempt for a low flying plane violation.
BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Schuylerville man pleaded guilty to criminal contempt for a low flying plane violation.
In June 2023, Michael Arnold, 65, flew his aircraft in Saratoga County despite having an order of protection issued against him. He flew the plane from June 3, 2023 to July 16, 2023.
He is scheduled to be sentenced in August.
