Assam's flood death toll has now reached 104 after one more person died. Over 78,000 people are currently affected by the ongoing deluge across seven districts. More than 5,000 displaced individuals are taking shelter in 31 operational relief camps. Significant damage has occurred to crops, livestock, and essential infrastructure throughout the region. This situation marks Assam's second wave of severe flooding this year.
