Taiwan detected eleven Chinese military aircraft sorties and eight naval vessels operating nearby. Seven of these aircraft crossed the Taiwan Strait median line into restricted zones. On the previous day, four Chinese aircraft and eight naval vessels were also detected. Three of those aircraft sorties entered Taiwan's northern, central, and eastern air defense zones. China asserts Taiwan is an inseparable part of its territory.
