M4Marry.com, a matrimonial portal run by Malayala Manorama, has been ordered to pay Rs 20,000 to a Kerala man after a consumer commission found it delivered only 51 of the 100 contacts it promised for Rs 25,960, leaving him without a suitable marriage match. The state commission modified a lower court order that had directed a full refund.
