India’s festive season is expected to create 2.5-2.7 lakh temporary and gig jobs, with hiring projected to rise 15-20%, Adecco India said. E-commerce, logistics, quick commerce, retail and BFSI will lead demand, with 45% coming from tier-II and III cities.
