A Delhi court has requested a response from the National Investigation Agency regarding a bail plea. The plea was submitted by US national Matthew Aaron Van Dyke, who faces terror charges. Van Dyke is accused of alleged links to ethnic armed groups within India. The agency has been directed to file its reply by September eighteenth.
