(“SBG”) announced that on April 28, 2017 its Board of Directors passed a resolution to submit the following proposal regarding dividend from surplus with a record date of March 31, 2017 to the 37th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled on June 21, 2017. The amount of dividend per share is in line with the forecast of dividend announced in “
Dividend Payout (Year-end Dividend) and Dividend Forecast for the Fiscal Year Ending March 2017,” dated April 21, 2016.
