UNITED NATIONS -- Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on Saturday condemned the heinous terrorist attacks carried out on Friday in Burkina Faso's capital Ouagadougou which resulted in 23 deaths and many other people wounded, said a statement of Ban's spokesman.
