Payton Hulsey scored a season-high 18 points and Jarrell Brantley added 13 points and 10 rebounds to lead College of Charleston past Delaware, 67-63, in the opening round of the Colonial Athletic Association tournament Friday night at the Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore.
