Two articles in the Feb. 27 paper caught my eye. First, Sen. Fritz Hollings’ excellent column, "Boost economy via tax reform, trade protection." Second, President Obama signing the Trade Facilitation Act to combat unfair trade practices and illegal dumping of cheap, Chinese-made aluminum on our U.S. market.
