The Philippines and the United States are set to announce important progress on the Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA) when leaders from both countries meet in Washington, D.C. on Friday, March 18, for the 6th U.S.-PH Bilateral Strategic Dialogue (BSD).
