The much-criticized “boundary system” of profit-sharing in the transportation sector will be abolished if presidential bet Mayor Rodrigo Duterte and his, running mate Senator Alan Peter Cayetano win the national elections. The two candidates made this vow yesterday as they returned to the campaign trail after observing Holy Week. The two candidates led a motorcade in Pasay City and Parañaque City and were scheduled last night to join a concert in Manila. Duterte and Cayetano also chided political rivals for ignoring their challenge to sign a waiver of their rights under the bank secrecy law as a guarantee that they will not engage in corrupt activities if they win.
