Describing as “all hot air” the claim of Cebu gubernatorial bet Winston Garcia to deliver one million votes for a presidential bet, the Liberal Party (LP) yesterday predicted that administration standard-bearer Mar Roxas will get at least 60 percent of the province’s 2.7 million votes.
