On May 3 The Post and Courier ran an op-ed piece by Howard Gutman. He was described as a former ambassador to Belgium, and now is some high-powered consultant. Mr. Gutman describes how Gov. Nikki Haley would be a brilliant choice for Republicans to pick as a presidential nominee at a contested convention.
