Ombudsman Conchita Carpio Morales has ordered the filing of graft and corruption charges against La Union Congressman Thomas Dumpit, Jr. for the alleged anomalous utilization of his 2007-2009 Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) worth P 66.5 million.
