It was reassuring that The Post and Courier addressed the disgraceful conduct of the state Legislature ("Bolster efforts at rural schools," June 17) as lawmakers continue to equivocate in response to the Supreme Court mandate to improve support of historically neglected rural schools in South Carolina.
