The Department of the Interior and Local Government announced over the weekend that leaders from 104 barangays in 10 Metro Manila cities pledge to stand up for urban resilience by continuing and sharing community-based disaster risk reduction management (CBDRRM) taught to them through the agency's partnership with the Australian Aid (AusAID) and the Disaster Risk Reduction Network-Philippines (DRRNet-Phils).
