Department of Justice (DOJ) Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre told a congressman opposed to the plea bargaining agreement involving 138 Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) rebels that the agency has no choice but to follow the government's thrust for "comprehensive" peace.
