It was 29 years ago. Pete Kinloch, then a mailman in downtown Charleston, remembers spotting the classic 1983 Chevrolet 210 four-door, which was at a house along his route. He talked to the owner, who said the car was fine except the engine had died. Kinloch remembers paying her $250.
