Chinese premier Li Keqiang on Wednesday afternoon attended the 19th ASEAN Plus Three Summit (10+3) in Laos, where leaders from the ten member states of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) as well as China, Japan and South Korea are to meet to discuss cooperation and major international and regional issues.
