Starting December 16, this year, Cebu Pacific (CEB) will expand its Clark International Airport (CIA), Pampanga operations, doubling its Clark-Cebu-Clark flights from three to six times weekly and increasing its Clark-Hong Kong-Clark flights from seven to 10 times weekly.
