CLEMSON — The prerogative this offseason for Clemson’s defense was to choke out many big plays allowed, the ones that let Notre Dame and N.C. State back into games and lifted Alabama to the national title over the Tigers. Those explosive plays were Clemson’s kryptonite for its top-ten defense in 2015.
