TRECE MARTIRES CITY, Cavite --- Chinkungunya outbreak was declared in upland Indang municipality on Friday. Dr. George R. Repique, Cavite provincial health officer, made the declaration on Friday noon upon recommendation of the provincial epidemiologist, Dr. Nelson C. Soriano.
