Kazakhstanis report disruptions to eGov.kz services
Tengrinews.kz — Kazakhstanis have reported problems accessing the eGov.kz portal. National Information Technologies JSC commented on the situation.
“Try again” — what users are saying
According to some users, the eGov.kz portal is experiencing disruptions. For some, the website does not open at all, while others report slow page loading or errors when attempting to use government services.
Users also say they are able to log in to their personal accounts through the mobile app, but it remains unstable. After authorization, the service may take a long time to load, freeze when switching between sections or fail to open certain services, making it difficult to access government services.

Note: The eGov.kz portal was launched in 2006. In its early years, it contained only reference information about government agencies and procedures for obtaining services, as electronic services were not yet available. Its functionality was later significantly expanded, and today numerous government services can be accessed online through the website and the eGov Mobile app.
“Portal update” — what the company says
According to National Information Technologies, the eGov.kz portal is currently being updated.
“Some configuration and optimization work on the upgraded platform is now being completed. As a result, some users may temporarily experience issues with certain components of the portal,” the company said.
The editorial team will continue to monitor the situation.
