Assessment of Lithuania’s briefing on the US intelligence chief’s visit to Moscow: it may have been a warning

After the United States informed Lithuania in advance of the visit of Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Director John Ratcliffe to Moscow, political scientist Tomas Janeliūnas says this may be aimed at reassuring of reassuring the Baltic countries and warning Russia about possible actions against NATO's eastern flank.
