Police: Female torso found at pier belongs to missing woman
BRISBANE, California - A dismembered body found near a Northern California pier belonged to a woman reported missing by her husband, who jumped off the Bay Bridge after police recovered her mutilated torso, authorities confirmed Wednesday.
