Food trucks scope out new territory in Carbondale
(AP) — Food truck vendors are getting ready to roll into Carbondale following approval of an ordinance allowing them to operate on certain public properties, including near the town square.
The Southern Illinoisan newspaper reports (http://bit.ly/1QsoIke) restaurant owners say they welcome the competition.
