Oakland University trustees OK designs for housing complex
ROCHESTER, Mich. (AP) — Trustees for Oakland University have approved schematic designs for a $78 million student housing complex that's set to have roughly 750 beds.
The university's Board of Trustees approved schematic designs for the roughly 290,000-square-foot project at a Monday meeting. The project, which also includes dining options and academic spaces, is expected to break ground in June and be ready in August 2018.
The complex's beds will be primarily for sophomores and juniors.
