NYPD: 1 dead in Brooklyn house fire
NEW YORK (AP) — Police say one person has died and another person was injured in a house fire in Brooklyn.
The fire broke out at about 6 p.m. Monday on the second floor and attic of a home on Fenimore Street.
Police say the injured person is expected to survive. Several firefighters also suffered minor injuries.
The names of the victims have not been released.
The cause of the fire is unknown.
